How many homes are available?

When all phases are completed, Oxford Commons will have 115 2- & 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes and a full range of amenities.

What community amenities will there be?

Community Lounge, fitness center, playground, picnic area with gas grills and a dog park are all included with your rent.  In addition, the Community is smoke-free.

What do i need to do to apply?

What are the move-in costs?

We normally require one month security deposit and first month's rent.  There are no hidden costs like move-in or move-out fees, amenity fees, or trash removal.  

Are pets allowed?

We are pet-friendly!  We allow a limit of two animals - dogs or indoor cats.  Pets must be approved and registered and fees do apply.  See Animal Residency Application for details.

Is there on-site parking?

Each home has its own driveway that accommodates 2 cars.  

What about laundry?

Each home has a convenient laundry closet right off the kitchen with washer-dryer hook-ups.  

What utilities will we need?

The home is heated by propane.  You will also need to set up accounts for water and electric service (for central air, appliances, lights, outlets).  If you choose to have cable TV, internet and/or WiFi, you would need to set up accounts for those services as well.
